With deep roots in Oklahoma's public health ecosystem, Impact Framed Strategies sits at the unique crossroads of government, philanthropy, nonprofit, and community practice. Founder Julie Bisbee's work spans the full arc of collaborative organizational and systems change.
Julie has a successful track record of building taskforces, bringing partners together to plan a path forward with cross-sector alignment, shared measurement and evaluation and authentic connection. Her work is rooted in the belief that each organization, community and neighborhood has strengths and assets to be amplified. Storytelling and narratives connect the work with core values and we all have a role in creating the future we want to see.

The Core of Our Focus
The most pressing challenges facing communities — poor health outcomes, persistent inequity, fragmented public systems — are not problems that any single organization can solve alone. They require something harder and rarer than good intentions or adequate funding.
